In-person appointments will incur an additional charge of +£18* subject to availability at Mycenae House, London SE3 7SE. 

(This charge is correct at the time of publishing. Subject to change. Changes will be told at the time of booking the appointment)

 

Appointments must be paid for at time of booking. Please set yourself a reminder of appointment. Whilst I aim to remind you the day before, I cannot guarantee this service.

 

Cancellation and refund policies

Cancellations more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be refunded in full. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment can be partially* refunded, or rescheduled, (in person appointments will incur an extra charge of £18).

*If this is for an in-person appointment, the room fee of £18 (subject to change) will be charged.

 

Missed appointments

If you miss your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Missed appointments can be rescheduled once. Unfortunately, two missed appointments will not be refunded because the time was allocated.

 

Please email me for preliminary documents (consent form, privacy policy etc.) which must be read, signed and returned before your first scheduled appointment. Thank you
